Premium cuts of beef smoked over a Hickory and Cherry fire until it melts in the mouth. A single serving suggestion is about 1/4 LB. A pan (8-10Lb) serves about 20 guests and includes buns and 1 bottle of signature Caribbean Fusion sauce
